Day 1

  • New Chitose Airport - Asahikawa - Sounkyo


    Your tour starts after arrives at New Chitose Airport, the biggest airport to welcome tourists from around the world. Then a van picks you up and you go for Asahikawa (3H to go, in winter sometimes there are traffic jam due to snow), go to see some animals at Asahiyama Zoo, one of the most famous zoo all over Japan. After enjoying seeing around the zoo, you can go to Otokoyama Sake Brewery to find Japanese sake, then the van takes you to Sounkyo Onsen (1.5H), which is surrounded by valley. At night, you will enjoy dinner at hotel with yukata.

Day 2

    This morning can you see Ginga & Ryusei Waterfall at Sounkyo, then head for Abashiri (3H), after having lunch you can experience some rare sightseeing ship, Abashiri Ice Breaker Cruise. You will see the cruise steps forward which breaking drift ice. The tour continues to Abashiri Prison Museum, then stay at Abashiri overnight and get warm and relax.

Day 3

    Today this tour goes for the south a bit. First you will go to Kawayu Onsen Area and see Mt. Io, active volcano where you can observe the volcanic gas spouting from the fumarole closely. Afterward, you will go to the Lake Mashu, the landscape is something reminds you of North Europe. In the evening, you will leave for Lake Akan to stay and relax in the onsen.

Day 4

    After breakfast, you will head for Tsurui Ito Sanctuary for Japanese Crane Watching. The beautiful appearance of cranes should make you feel the great nature in Hokkaido. After having lunch at Kushiro, you will have time for shopping at Kushiro Fisherman's Wharf MOO which is famous for seafood, then for more Hokkaido's famous souvenir, the tour goes to Obihiro so that you could buy lots of well-known sweets made in Hokkaido.

Day 5

  • Obihiro - Tomamu - Sapporo

    This day will be the last day to experience Eastern Hokkaido. You will start off snow experience in Tomamu, taking lot of pictures to make a memory. Then transfer to Chitose for lunch, and before the sunset, we will take a glimpse of Hell Valley in Noboribetsu. Since there are so many fumaroles along the valley and that view of bubbling bubbles, the valley has a name "Hell". In the evening, you will stay at Noboribetsu Onsen, it is one of the most popular onsen places in Japan with good cuisine and onsen experience.

Day 6

  • Sapporo - Otaru - Sapporo

    After breakfast, first you will go visit Otaru, the city used to be the center of maritime trade, financial industries and called “North Wall Street" named after Wall Street in New York, one of the world's leading financial districts. The popular spot is Otaru Canal, which has attracted tourists from not only Japan but also other foreign countries by its view. Along the canal, you can enjoy shopping or taking pictures at Kitaichi Glass Factory, Music Box Museum, and Sakaimachi Street. In the afternoon, we will head for Sapporo City to enjoy your last day in Hokkaido, we will take you to Odori Park, Clock Tower (pass by), TV Tower (photo stop), Tanukikoji for shopping.

Day 7

    After packing all the souvenirs, we will take you to New Chitose Airport for you to fly back to your home country. During your flight, please think about what attracted you in Hokkaido, what is the best place for you here viewing the pictures you took, and hope you can come back to Hokkaido to share wonderful time with your good friends or family.
